We are looking for a dedicated employee who loves cannabis to co-lead our pre-roll production team from raw materials to finished goods. Our team is highly efficient so we are looking for a motivated person that knows how to show consistently to work with a good attitude. Pre-roll manufacturing has potential for bonus production incentives when minimum targets, quality, and efficiency are exceeded!

Hours:

-Monday through Friday

-7:30am-4:00pm
Incentives:
-production based incentives when targets are met or exceeded

Job duties:

- Make all pre-roll products using various pre-roll manufacturing equipment

- Co-lead the pre-roll production team who will assist you with preparation and finishing of products (2-3 people in peak production times)

- Communicate with other team leads regarding pre-roll work orders, sales, materials and packaging

- Maintain accurate records of products produced on a Google Sheets document

Required skills:

-Honest and trustworthy with a positive attitude

-Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes

-Ability to perform well in a high-paced environment and meet manufacturing quotas and deadlines

- Solid basic math skills: ability to accurately track quantities produced, calculate percentages, calculate ratios to follow product recipes, etc.

- Detail oriented: ability to grasp and retain complex instructions

- Able to keep accurate and detailed records (Excel or Google Sheets)

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred

- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. daily and work standing for most of the day

- Good oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

-must be 21 or older

-must be able to repeatedly carry or pickup up 40lbs daily

-must be able to stand for 7-8 hours daily

Qualifications:

-experience in cannabis or line prep (food industry) is required

-bilingual English/Spanish speaker is required

-must be able to work independently or in a small group

-must be able to adapt and follow new procedures

-must be able to pass a background check

-must be legal to work in California

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
