Position Overview: Nova Farms is seeking a skilled and meticulous Pre-roll Joint Roller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality pre-rolled joints in a consistent and efficient manner. SHIFT TIME: M-F 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Status: Full- time (onsite)

Compensation: 16/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate pre-roll manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent and high-quality pre-rolled cannabis products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Weigh and measure cannabis flowers accurately to meet production specifications and fill pre-roll cones to designated levels.
• Inspect pre-rolled products for defects, including inconsistencies in size, shape, and appearance, and take corrective action as needed.
• Label and package pre-rolled products according to company guidelines, ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment, tools, and production spaces.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during pre-roll production operations.
• Complete production logs, batch records, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older (Industry Regulation)
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for consistently producing high-quality joints.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand and bend for long periods of time
• Must exhibit good personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing cannabis products
• Must be able and willing to work overtime
• Ambitious team player, eager to learn and grow in the cannabis industry
