Regional Hand Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Per Diem LVN to join our team. Our LVN's work in the pre-op/PACU area and are instrumental in promoting a positive patient outcome and impacting patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will have had patient care experience in a hospital or clinic setting. Excellent computer skills (EMR), communication abilities, and positive attitude are a must.
Description: The LVN will provide preliminary care for pre-op and post-op phases of the surgical visit in the ASC (pre-op, PACU). The position requires professionalism and skill to promote upbeat, safe and efficient care to our patients during their visit as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to patients and families during the surgical visit
- Assist the MD and RN pre and post surgery with patient prep and discharge
- Instrumental to obtaining clinical clearances, pre-assessments and provide for post operative calls, instructions, and patient support
Requirements:
- Current CA LVN license
- BLS
- IV certification
- Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Salary is based on experience.

- LVN in a clinical setting: 1 year
