Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Description:

We are seeking a North Carolina licensed attorney with more than two (2) years of experience to assist with Personal Injury pre-litigation cases. This person should be able to speak to clients professionally, review case facts, investigate case allegations and generally vet each potential matter.
Moreover, this person should be able to conduct professional consultations with clients as well as manage the cases through the various phases, including but not limited to litigation.
Role in Firm:

• This Position Will Use the Job Title “attorney and Counselor at Law” for Correspondence.
• The position is full-time.
• The position reports to the Managing Partner.

Compensation:
Compensation should be expected to increase with experience and performance.
Education and Licensure:

• Juris Doctorate
• Licensed in good standing - North Carolina

Location:
Durham, NC
Experience:
More than two (2) years of legal experience is required. This position will involve handling pre-litigation Personal Injury cases.
