Practice Mgmt Coord Primary Care

Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) has an opening for a Practice Management Coordinator supporting adult Primary Care who will, under the direction of the senior business operations manager of Primary Care, support operations for internal clinical departments. Key responsibilities include: managing appointment templates for MDs and associate providers; coordinating schedule changes with internal functions; preparing and submitting administrative forms and documentation in support of providers' practice and onboarding; assisting in the management of projects focused on improving efficiency and performance in and across clinical departments; helping with the development and ongoing monitoring of operational dashboards, and; coordinating with business operations, nursing staff and physician leaders to support the daily needs of clinical departments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience and excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience developing presentations for professional and executive audiences
• Proven project management experience
• Comfort gathering and organizing data - demonstrated analytical ability
• Collaborator and ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with team members and stakeholders across functional areas
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Work experience in health care preferred
• Proven track record of achieving objectives through motivating and supporting teams
• Proficient with the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
