Practice Manager

This position will work in tandem with the CEO (direct report) and other department supervisors to achieve a quality work environment based on quality processes and a culture of accountability and teamwork. We work hard and we care for each other.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice with strong communication skills and a focus on quality.
- Manage and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Working with supervisors, you will coordinate and manage operations including patient scheduling, optical center, clinical team, and ensure timely and accurate billing
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care with efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical office management or related field
- Proficiency in practice management software and firm understanding of medical billing

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, benchmarking, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
