Now, with over 550+ providers (physicians and advanced practice) providing care in 49 specialties across 70 different practice locations in both Manatee and Sarasota counties, we continue to be committed to providing the highest quality healthcare to our patients in the communities we serve!
With continued growth and planned expansion into southern Sarasota County, we are now actively seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our primary care offices.
Practice Information:
- Several NEW opportunities to join busy collegial practices with existing volume to quickly ramp up new physicians.
- Excellent call schedules of 1:5 or greater.
- Opportunities for Inpatient/Outpatient or Outpatient only
- If outpatient only, FPGs Hospitalist group will cover inpatient admissions at both hospitals. No OB.
- Clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, providing an excellent work/life balance.
- Clinic volume averages 18 patients per day.
- Preference will be given to physicians with an active Florida Medical license.

- Contract includes a 2-year guaranteed base salary. Physician can transition to a generous pay model after 2 years.

- Four (4) weeks of PTO year 1; 5-weeks of PTO offered years 2 and beyond.

- We are a not-for-profit organization – 501(c)(3). Physicians can participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program if employed by FPG.
- Florida does not have a state income tax.
