Commonstate is a growing marketing and design agency located in Hot Springs, AR. We are a fully-remote company that serves a variety of clients from coast to coast. As a PPC Contractor, you will maintain a small portfolio of our client accounts and ensure all routine tasks are completed in a timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for new campaign onboarding, working alongside the other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, AdRoll, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for different campaigns.
• Regularly analyze keyword performance data and adjust strategy accordingly to improve ad relevance and targeting.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns in terms of lead generation, sales, or other predefined objectives.
• Analyze conversion data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes of performance challenges, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in PPC, SEM, Google Ads, etc.
• Marketing agency experience preferred
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent internal communication within all departments
