Pay Range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Description:
Summary
* We are looking for a Power BI developer to join our data analytics team and help us create insightful and interactive reports and dashboards.
* The Power BI developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions that meet the business needs and adhere to the data quality standards.
* The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Power BI development, data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.
* Candidate will need to be onboarded in August timeframe for a period of approximately 6 months
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for various business functions.
* Perform data analysis and data modeling using Power BI Desktop and Power Query.
* Merge complex tables from multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Create complex dashboards with dynamic filters, slicers, drill-downs, and custom visuals.
* Optimize Power BI performance and usability by applying best practices and techniques.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and other developers to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI issues and queries.
* Document and maintain the Power BI solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
* Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
* Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques.
* Ability to merge complex tables and create complex dashboards using Power BI.
* Experience in working with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Certification in Power BI or Microsoft Data Analyst is a plus.
