  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Standard Work for Inspection, ensuring that every detail is thoroughly examined.

2. Proactive Preparation:

  • Ensure that parts match the data in our Paint Line Database and Router.
  • Guarantee that the Test Coupon from the run aligns with the Master Sample Chip and that masking is perfect, with no paint under or around it.

4. Quality Testing Expertise:

  • Conduct comprehensive Quality Test Checks on painted components, including assessments of powder thickness, gloss, adhesion, and surface quality.
  • Utilize Spectrophotometer checks to maintain color consistency and precision.
  • Preserve our Master Powder Color Chip Samples meticulously and organize them effectively.

5. Continuous Improvement Advocate:

  • Play an active role in identifying, analyzing, and addressing the root causes of rejected parts, working closely with the Paint Line team.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and seek support from fellow team members or facilitators when necessary.

6. Packaging and Inventory Management:

  • Ensure packaging requirements are met, meticulously documenting them in our Paint Line Database.
  • Take charge of inventory for Touch Up Powder and Labels, reordering as needed to maintain seamless operations.

7. Technical Proficiency:

  • Display your expertise in reading and understanding customer blueprints and diagrams, ensuring precise production according to customer specifications.

8. Team Player:

  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, providing support and assistance to fellow team members.
  • Embrace our safety culture and adhere to all safety and work rules outlined in our team member handbook.

By joining our team as a Powder Paint Inspector, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering quality products to our valued customers.
