SalaryThis job posting is for a position at TBS, a company specializing in Fabricating, Powder Coating, and Media Blasting, serving various industries and the general public. We are looking for candidates with experience in Powder Coating systems. The job involves daily tasks such as understanding the schedule, preparing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and other assigned duties like packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the daily schedule and workflow
- Preparing hoppers and booth for the day's schedule
- Maintaining equipment at the start and end of the shift
- Keeping the booth room clean and organized
- Managing and maintaining powder inventory
- Ensuring the quality of the end product and adjusting equipment and techniques as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including racking, hanging parts, packaging, etc.
- Physical requirements: bending, lifting, and being on feet; ability to move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
