Powder Coat Production Lead

USA Dutch Inc. has an immediate opening for highly motivated Powder Coater lead with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the Production Supervisor to assist with daily operations.
• Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment.
• Uses proper PPE and follows all safety procedures.
• Keep the Powder Coat Line and Blaster running efficiently.
• Responsible for tagging and claiming jobs as they come off the line.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months working as a Lead overseeing 10-20 employees.
• Minimum of 6 months Powder coating experience preferred.
• Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.

Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:

• Must be able to lift 100lbs.
• Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.
