SalaryRCI Offroad is hiring skilled, honest and dependable paint Line Associate for our Powder Coat operating for immediate hire. Very busy growing shop with huge potential for the right candidate. We specialize in manufacturing 4x4 off-road aftermarket accessories including skid plates, sliders, bumpers and more. We just moved into a brand new facility in Loveland, Colorado. Great hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Health, dental, vision and 401K. Pay range $19.00-$22.00 with the potential for increase at 90 days based on performance.
Willing to train the right person.
Requirements:Requirements:
- Previous Powder Coating experience a plus but willing to train the right person.
- Experience with Auto-Paint lines
- Hang parts on conveyor
- Clean parts for proper adherence.
- Apply primer and paint to products
- Unload finished product onto pallets to be sent to warehouse
Additional Requirements: Must be able to lift 60+ lbs regularly
- Good hand eye coordination
- Time management
- Work well with others
- Attention to details
- Quality oriented in color of paint and application
- Clean up all equipment
- Keep work area clean
- Other duties as needed
