Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Post Harvest Technician to join our STIIIZY team! The Post Harvest Technician will be responsible for executing all tasks associated with the post-harvest process, including trimming cannabis flower and ensuring compliance with Nevada regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for producing top-quality cannabis products.

Responsibilities:

• Trim cannabis flower to remove leaves, stems, and other non-flower material, ensuring high-quality finished product.
• Monitor and maintain proper drying conditions to preserve potency, flavor, and aroma of cannabis flower.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of post-harvest area, including equipment and tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all post-harvest activities to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking product quantities and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Experience with METRC is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in horticulture or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or post-harvest processing highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cannabis strains, genetics, and cultivation techniques preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with METRC software preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for trimming activities.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and humidity levels.

You MUST be able to obtain a valid Agent Card issued by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
