POSITION SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Associate is responsible for assisting with all phases of CULTA's Post-Harvest operations
including but not limited to: harvesting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis. This position
requires the ability to learn and accurately follow CULTA's company policies and standard operating
procedures.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hand trimming and weighing dried cannabis.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment, and any equipment used for trimming, drying,

- Must be able to learn and accurately follow Culta's company policies and SOP's.
- Ensure no diversion of cannabis products occur and report and incidents or suspicions of diversion
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Higher level of education preferred.
- Must 21+ years of age, be able to qualify as a registered grower agent with the Commission and
may not have any violent or drug related felony convictions. - Must be able to achieve minimum daily requirements of flower trimmed during trimming
