Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to kick-start your career in the credit union industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Post Closer to join our team. If you have a passion for administrative work and a desire to grow within a dynamic company, this is the perfect role for you.

This is a hybrid position, reporting to our North Charleston office three days a week.

Candidates must be available Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist with processing and filing vehicle and boat titles accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

· Collaborate with team members to resolve any title-related issues.

· Communicate with customers and external agencies regarding title documentation.

· Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries in a professional manner.

What You’ll Bring:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
