Summary of Job Description:
The POS Staging Tech provides timely customer service by staging POS/PAWS/BO systems and preparing all peripherals and cables, requested via incidents and requests, for new and existing stores. This position is responsible for packing, shipping, and receiving of all hardware equipment (POS, PCs, and peripherals) within SLA requirements, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The POS Staging Tech completes administrative duties relating, but not limited, to equipment, physical inventory counts, inventory logging, in addition to organizing and maintaining product stock and supplies, allowing for maximum space utilization.
You'll get a chance to:

  • Organize and maintains product stock and supplies to allow for maximum space utilization
  • Complete administrative duties relating, but not limited, to equipment, physical inventory counts, and inventory logging

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:
  • High school diploma required; working towards college degree
  • Some relevant work experience and demonstrated interest in technology required
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
