Job Title: Portfolio Trader
Our rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm in the East Bay seeks an experienced Portfolio Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented. We have a small office environment and teamwork is critical to our working culture and ability to provide our clients with the highest level of service.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create spreadsheets of potential and existing client portfolios
- Generate portfolio analysis
- Rebalance clients’ portfolio to desired target investment allocations
- Accurately execute client trades
- Prepare and conduct block trades
- Conduct account and position audits
- Prepare client portfolio reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial services experience REQUIRED
- 4-year college degree REQUIRED, emphasis in finance strongly preferred
- Advance Excel knowledge REQUIRED
- Experience with both brokerage and advisory platforms
- Clean compliance record and background check
This is a full-time salaried position. Compensation commensurate with experience.
