Your Position Overview:
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Credit Analysts and CRE Team with:
- Reviewing construction draws
- Amendments and waivers
- Monthly & quarterly asset management
- Lease approvals
- Visit project / property markets and job sites for due diligence and periodic monitoring purposes.
- Monitor portfolio to ensure compliance with property reporting deadlines, financial covenants, and construction milestones.
- Maintains monthly monitoring / asset management file for NY Branch’s CRE portfolio.
- Supports market, submarket, and comp analysis for new and existing transactions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate Finance, Economics or relevant field with 3+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of banking experience is preferred.
- General knowledge of banking principles and/or real estate lending markets.
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills for team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access).
- Proficient in Argus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The anticipated salary range for this role is listed above. The specific salary offered to an employment applicant is based on the individual’s qualifications, experiences, the job responsibilities, an analysis of the current compensation paid for similar roles in the local geographic area, and key distinctions of the job as compared to current jobs in the Branch. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
