About the Position

Walpole Country Club is searching for a committed, proactive, and diligent facilities tech who will maintain our facilities in accordance with the expectations of our Membership and Management. The ideal candidate will have prior building maintenance experience and the ability to work alone and as part of a team. This person will have frequent interaction with members and a positive and personable attitude is a top priority.

Primary Responsibilities

· Handling of basic cleaning and building maintenance of all Club facilities

· Communicating with and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary

· Ordering and stocking of cleaning supplies

· Ensuring grounds immediately surrounding clubhouse are upkept to club standards

· Completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

· Ensuring health and safety guidelines are always followed

· Performing light and heavy cleaning but not limited to: window washing, power washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying of trash cans and ashtrays

· Incorporating safe work practices in job performance

· Setting up rooms for functions in accordance with direction of Clubhouse and Food & Beverage management

· Performing other duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
