Porter/Groundskeeper

Heritage Property Management is currently seeking a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper to join our award winning team. The position is based out of Perkasie in beautiful Bucks County in a countryside work environment.

Responsibilities

· Complete daily assigned work orders interior and exterior – assigned based on skill level

· Daily grounds pick-up

· Compactor management

· Assist with townhome rental turnovers

· Miscellaneous snow services

· Assist with moving appliances

· Work with maintenance team to preserve the excellent curb appeal of all Heritage communities

· Maintain appearances of recreational facilities to include walking trail, tennis courts, tot lots, pet stations and other.

· Must be able to handle work load over 50 lbs

· Team candidate should be customer service oriented, detailed in their work, organized as well as a good communicator

· High level skills welcomes – plumbing, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or other

The candidate for this fast-paced beautiful environment will need their own transportation.

Having his/her own tools, another plus.

Standard hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM -4:30PM

Weekends or later days may be requested for special projects or events.

Candidate should live within 30 minutes of Perkasie, PA

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
