Job Summary:
The Quality Assistant possesses specific administrative and clinical knowledge and is responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing clinical data in order for the Population Health team to have success in quality programs. Responsibilities include, capturing quality metrics data, preparing quality dashboards, retrieving data reports from various system portals. Currently this is a hybrid-remote position.

Job Essentials:
- Preferred experience in Population Health/Quality field
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures, CMS innovation programs such as Primary Care First, ACO and other Value Based Programs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary projects
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Some college, Certificate or Associate’s Degree preferred.
License/Certification/Registry:
- Current Driver’s License required and access to a vehicle
