Job Summary:
To contribute to customer satisfaction by providing stellar customer service, preparing and delivering food and beverage. Must be 18 years are older. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to work holidays and weekends.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
- Distributes food and wine menus, answers questions.
- Takes members' and guests' orders suggestively sells food and beverage items.
- Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Serve bottled beer as well as prepare and serve mixed drink.
- Removes soiled dishes.
- Rings up order and presents ticket to member.
- Keeps tables, pool side and bus station stations areas clean.
- Advises supervisors of any complaints as soon as they occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent verbal and communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
· Must be 21 years or older.
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
· Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating professionally and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organization.
· Organizational skills for efficient office control are mandatory.
· Interact professionally with other employees, members and guests and work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
· Perform quality work within deadlines.
Physical Requirements
· Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.
· Must be available to work flexible shifts and overtime if necessary.
· Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

Compensation/Pay Scale
Based on experience plus automatic gratuity on each ticket.

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour
