Poolside Bartender - Summer

About Us:

Our poolside Cafe is your go-to destination for a fun, sun-soaked dining experience right by the pool! As we gear up for the summer season, starting two weeks before Memorial Day, we're looking to add an enthusiastic and skilled Poolside Bartender to our team. Under the attentive direction of our Director of Food & Beverage, you'll play a pivotal role in providing our members and their guests with refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a memorable poolside experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Preparation: Ensure the bar is well-stocked and inviting at the start of each day.
• Craft and Serve: Mix, prepare, and serve a variety of drinks following our approved recipes.
• Guest Interaction: Offer a warm greeting to members and guests, making their experience enjoyable.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area and equipment sparkling and well-maintained.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 6 months of bartending experience, with knowledge of classic cocktails and beverages.
• Skills: Excellent teamwork, stress management, ethical conduct, and communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Availability: Must be available to work from Tuesday through Sunday, shifts ranging from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
