SalaryPool Scouts is looking for both full-time and part-time, year-round high quality pool maintenance technicians with a natural work ethic, a positive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced senior pool technician. The regular duties of a pool technician include vacuuming and skimming debris, operating a spin mobile water testing computer, measuring and administering chemicals, cleaning skimmer baskets and power blowing around the pool deck. Technicians must also interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. No pool experience necessary. Will train.
Requirements:
- Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
- Must be available to work between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Workdays and hours are flexible.
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license in order to operate our company vehicles)
- Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
