Established in 1959, we are a member-owned country club with an 18-hole championship golf course, racket sports facilities, swimming pools, banquet facilities, and dining facilities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A POOL SERVICE SUPERVISOR

As the Pool Service Supervisor, you ensure quality and consistent food service in the pool area. When summer arrives, our members are extremely excited about spending time there, and you enjoy being a part of this vibrant energy which includes all ages having fun in the sun. You maintain the same level of customer service in the pool area as members enjoy in the other dining areas of our club.

With a friendly and outgoing attitude, you serve food and drinks, keep track of orders in our point-of-sale system, and organize the delivery of orders based on ticket orders and numbers. You get to prepare some food and beverage items yourself, such as alcoholic beverages, milkshakes, and ice cream. You "cocktail" the pool deck, maintaining a constant, available presence.

As the supervisor, you also train and mentor other staff, inspiring them to provide efficient and consistently great customer service. Taking pride in a clean, well-organized, and stocked pool deck and snack shack, you ensure that daily and weekly duties are properly completed, and any concerns are relayed to upper management. You enjoy spending the summer working at the pool and get great satisfaction out of helping our members have a great time!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POOL SERVICE SUPERVISOR

• 18 years of age
• ServeSafe Alcohol food handlers certification or equivalent
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to quickly learn to use our JONAS software system
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Leadership ability

Point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer service experience are preferred, but multiple factors will be considered. Do you know how to make people feel welcome? Are you patient and even-tempered?
