McAllen Country Club is seeking servers for the pool and snack bar area. This is an excellent summer position for high school and college students. Our pool is open from April through October. We are looking for individuals who can work and enjoy the summer at the same time!

Job description:

• Greets members warmly with a smile upon their arrival.
• Notes menu changes and memorizes specials to recite members.
• Carries out brunch/lunch and dinner service.
• Anticipates member needs and reacts appropriately in order to deliver excellent experiences.
• Good organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable of all aspects of department and daily club operations, including events and operating hours.
• Ability to work large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Maintains clean workspace.
• Fulfills opening/closing duties.
