Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Renovation Technician to join our team. As a Pool Renovation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the renovation and revitalization of swimming pools, turning them into safe, attractive, and efficient aquatic environments. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality pool renovations that showcase our commitment to craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and inspect swimming pools to identify renovation needs and recommend solutions.
• Perform various pool renovation tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Tile and coping replacement
  • Plaster and surface repair
  • Plumbing and equipment upgrades
  • Deck and patio restoration
  • Pool lighting installation
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the project manager and team members to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pool renovation, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and materials used in pool renovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
