Pool Concessions

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Concessions. As a Pool Concessions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the concessions area at our pool facility. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner - Prepare and serve food and beverages, following established recipes and portion sizes - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety - Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members We offer competitive pay rates for this position. Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 39 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Victoria, TX 77901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
