On Golden Pond is currently hiring for a full-time Pond and Fountain Remodeling Foreman to complete remodeling projects using reinforced concrete in the Santa Monica, CA area. This construction position earns a competitive wage of $22.00 - $25.00/hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

This construction position typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

As a Pond and Fountain Remodeling Foreman, you take charge of your team and ensure we complete successful, elegant work. Every day is different as you perform a variety of construction and remodeling tasks that bring our clients' visions to life. Thinking strategically, you optimize your team's productivity by effectively distributing duties and maintaining an organized schedule.

You keep your team on track and on budget as you oversee excavations, rebar and stone installations, filtration system installations, concrete pours, and pond cleanouts. As needed, you assist your team with completing the work and handle any issues that arise. You are always positive and professional when interacting with your team or our clients. You take pride in building classy Pond and Fountain features that liven up any space they're in!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A POND AND FOUNTAIN REMODELING FOREMAN

• Experience in a similar field or position
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
