Job Summary

As a Polaris Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation; here, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close the sale.
• Polished product presentation skills.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to create new and used sales, and meet the minimum sales quota according to dealership standards.
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales.
• Positive attitude and professional personal appearance.
