Position Description:
As PMO Analyst for Corporate IT PMO, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance of our Global PMO to established best practices while managing various essential responsibilities. Collaborating closely with multiple teams, you will contribute to achieving PMO objectives, which involves continuous refinement of global IT project management processes and metrics in coordination with IT leadership. You will also be responsible for suggesting and implementing enhancements to standard practices and the full utilization of Monday.com capabilities. Your role will provide crucial data and analysis to support strategic business decision-making, involving interaction with Global IT Team leaders, members, and Business leaders at plant, vertical, and segment levels. You will report directly to our IT Global PMO Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work plan, tracking, and analytics for the portfolio/program/project execution
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and executive summaries for IT and Business Segments/ Verticals
- Prepare material and train Monday.com users
- Support in resource management support including roll-on/roll-off, resource tracking, and reporting
- Support in financial tracking and reporting work for the portfolio/program/project portfolio
- Ensure completion of administrative tasks such as project operations support, deliverable management, communication support, and project/service management tooling support
- Communicate portfolio/project/program management status to different stakeholders as required
Required Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Knowledge in portfolio/program/project management, and delivery and implementation of technology solutions. Monday.com experience is ideal.
- Good understanding of system development life cycle, project management and system implementation lifecycle methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams and handle tight deadlines
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required with a major in Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology, or any related.
- PPM or PMP certifications desired
Travel:
- Minimal travel required
