Pay: Between $85,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus that's pure icing on the cake.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

This is a full-time position, working a 4-day workweek schedule.

In this position, you start your day armed with cutting-edge Plumbing Tech and a can-do attitude. First up, a challenge awaits – a plumbing puzzle that requires your code-compliant finesse. As you conquer it, a call comes in for a new installation – your cue to showcase your over-the-top skills, leaving customers in awe. Your day unfolds with a mix of innovation, installations, and of course, creating moments of wow customer service. Every day is a fresh opportunity to be the hero ensuring every drain works seamlessly.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of your 4-day workweek rotation
• Strong communication skills to educate and assist customers in making informed plumbing decisions
• Local to CT and hold a valid plumbing license in CT
