Plumbing Subcontractors or Experienced Helpers Needed

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing washers
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Note: A valid plumbing license is preferred but not required. However, candidates must have the necessary skills and experience to perform the job effectively.
