Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00 an hour on average (combination of base and incentives)

Position Overview: As a Service Plumber/Salesperson, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plumbing assessments, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Educate customers on plumbing issues and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Generate sales leads and upsell additional plumbing services.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of 7 years of plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales experience and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
