As a Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant, you’ll be a leader in one of the largest, innovative, and rapidly growing sales and service organizations in the world!  You’ll captivate perspective clients with a friendly and outgoing first impression.  Service Experts is looking for a sales driven closer for new and existing customers who is committed to meeting and exceeding sales goals through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy.

• Meet with customers to provide and offer the best possible solutions and services for their home comfort needs.

• Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Promote and generate 100% customer satisfaction.
• Present comfort options of residential Plumbing products and services to new and established customers.

• Create estimates and written proposals and present quotes to homeowners.
• Maintain and develop new product information for customers.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Generates sales leads, referral follow up as well initiating calls to generate sales.
• Communicate details to the installers upon completion of sale.
• Create drawings/sketches as needed.
• Create relationships with customers and maintain constant communication with all customers on their installation or service.
• Perform customer satisfaction calls after each installation or service.
• Request referrals and reviews from customers.
• Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Promote and generate 100% customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years in residential sales experience
• Familiarity with residential plumbing systems.
• Self-starter with experience in outside sales, one-call-close in a residential in home environment.
• Must have a strong customer service skills, work ethic and leadership skills.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, including listening skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers in a way they understand.
• Must have excellent time management skills, organization skills and present a professional image at all times.
• Skilled in customer related recommendations, pricing, proposals, negotiating and closing.
• Must follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Must have ability to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access equipment.
• Team work is a priority and sales professionals must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working overtime, night, and weekend hours.
• Valid & current driver’s license required to drive to residential sales locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
