Job Description
Mark III Construction is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for work on commercial/industrial projects in Bakersfield for a temporary job June - November. Plumbers will perform tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

Requirements
- Five (5) years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade.
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
- Understands the entire scope of the job
- Able to manage portions of projects and be the “right hand” to the Foreman
- Capable of forecasting tasks and materials
- Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
- Capable of doing basic take offs
- Able to prepare equipment and tool lists
- Experience working on large complex projects
- Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient
- Safety focused at all times
- Possess leadership and mentorship skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset

- Constantly Required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to hear detailed information and distinguish sounds to avoid hazards.
- Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned

Hourly Wage: $20/Hour - $40/Hour DOE
