Plumbing Foreman

ULG SKILLED TRADES is seeking a Plumbing Foreman in Columbus, Ohio.

JOB DETAILS:
PAY: $36-$40/hour 
STARTS: ASAP
HOURS: 40 hours/week
DURATION: Temp to Perm 

Will be working on new construction such as commercial buildings and schools.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

•    Install, replace, repair pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures on commercial and multi-family construction sites. 
•    Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
•    Follow building plans and blueprints.
•    Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•    Strong and professional communication skills
•    Ability to identify and manage issues that arise related to plumbing operations.
•    Strong leadership skills
•    6+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily construction.
•    Own tools required
•    Must use own vehicle
