So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as a Plumbing Designer working on things like...

• Technical design on projects for our Healthcare sector.
• Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, renovations and additions to existing facilities as needed.
• Maintaining project schedules.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• Assisting in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines when applicable.
• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships both internal and external.
• Construction site observations and construction administration opportunities.

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you...

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of engineering (i.e.: mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural).
• 2+ years of experience, or 3 years of experience without degree (required).
• Proficient in the use of Revit (strongly preferred).
• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in engineering design: basic knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards.
• Have knowledge of building plumbing codes and the ability to perform accurate calculations.
• Possess successful verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
