Position Overview:

We are seeking a plumber assistant to join our team and contribute to the installation of our cutting-edge water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing, a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude with leadership, co-workers and customers, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install Eco Water refiners, and reverse osmosis filter systems according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Update CRM with accurate records to include photos and notes as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Dig French drains and holes for exterior installations of refiners.
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, leadership when a job is taking longer than expected or when issues arise.

Qualifications:

• Some plumbing experience.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with leadership, provide regular status updates, and express concerns or issues directly.
• Ability to lift 75-100lbs regularly, dig drainage ditches, and holes up to 4x4x4’.
• Ability and comfortability in working within awkward spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, well houses) which can be tight, enclosed with cobwebs / spiders / insects.
• Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record with less than 3 moving violations within 1 year)
• Must be 21 and older to drive company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
