The Role
Frank's Mr. Plumber is looking for a Plumber Assistant to join our growing team. We are the trusted sewer cleaning, plumbing and drainage company in Buffalo for good reason. We have provided quality plumbing services since 1985 and have worked on thousands of homes across the greater Buffalo area. Requirements
Responsibilities

• Assisting with plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Ability to work outside and extended hours as needed.
• Must be comfortable working with gas, water and sewage lines.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.

Competencies for Success

• Valid Driver's License and clean, safe driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screens and physical
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

What we offer

• This position will pay 16-20/hr DOE
• Fulltime Monday - Friday hours - OT available but not mandated
