Plumber/Hvac

We are currently seeking a Plumber/HVAC to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We are looking for an experienced and licensed Plumber and an experienced HVAC Installer. The candidate will assist with remodels, repairs and installations. Pay is commiserate with experience. Both full and part time opportunities are availabe.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and tools in an organized manner.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Plumbing License or Apprentice Card required.
• Drivers License required.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
