THE JOB:
As a Plumber, you are responsible for all maintenance and repair for the property and equipment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Install, operate, maintain, treat, and repair all plumbing fixtures in relation to all bodies of water
• Responsible for operation, repair, maintenance and inspection of all pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and related controllers that pertain to the plumbing systems
• Responsible for maintaining a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and piping
• Maintain and repair all property and equipment within the specialty
• Comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government regulations
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Work various shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience working in a similar resort setting
• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Working knowledge of the water, sewer, and natural gas, plumbing and piping system, storm drains, catch basins and gas fired heaters
• Ability to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements. This includes attendance at training meetings as scheduled
• Ability to visually observe equipment and/or property
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
• Familiarity with local, state and federal codes
