Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time and part-time Player Club Representatives to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.

Delaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort dating back to 2018. Located 14 miles west of Charleston, West Virginia, Mardi Gras features more than 25 table games, a poker room, more than 850 slot machines, live greyhound racing, and off-track betting for both greyhound and horse racing; several restaurants and a 150-room hotel.

• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
• Update and enter member information into the database
• Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and give-aways
• Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records
• Utilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events 
• Minimum of 3 months of related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasional bending and stooping
• Exposure to high volume noise
