• Provide effective leadership and responsible for maintaining an environment that creates excitement for team members and guests by managing all phases of Casino Host services and Players' Club operations.
• Execute and manage strategies designed to incentivize and develop our top tier player loyalty.
• Role model for providing all phases of quality guest services and ensures the delivery of excellence in service to our patrons while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and company objectives.

Skills/Experience Required or Preferred Excellent verbal, written and listening skills are essential. Communicate well with all levels of internal and external customers by phone, in person and presentation.

• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accomplish multiple tasks with limited supervision are required.
• Requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in an environment that involves producing results in conjunction with fellow team members.
• Proven managerial and critical thinking skills required.

Education * Preferred - Four (4) degree; and a minimum of five (5) years of management experience in casino marketing or player development with progressive responsibilities; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. * Three (3) years successful supervisory experience. * Advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Word) with spreadsheets, word processing and graphics. * Working knowledge of Hospitality/Gaming software, (IGT, MGT. MICROS, SLOT TOURNAMENT).
