We are currently seeking applicants for a Platforms Analyst in our Information Services Division located in Springfield, MO. This is an opportunity to join the forefront of security innovation. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Manage Security Technology: Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of a diverse array of security applications and IoT devices, including advanced camera systems, badge readers, sensors, and intercoms.

  • User Engagement: Engage directly with users to gauge their needs and feedback, ensuring our security solutions are intuitive and precisely tailored. This involves understanding user experiences, eliciting feedback, and integrating these insights into continuous application improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams across the organization to customize security applications, ensuring they meet unique operational needs while maintaining seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Agile Management of Product Evolution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle within an agile framework, from ideation and deployment to continuous enhancement, maintaining a focus on adaptability and innovation.
  • Roadmap Design and Refinement: Contribute significantly to the development and ongoing refinement of our security applications' roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and organizational objectives.
  • Trend Analysis and Integration: Constantly monitor and assimilate the latest security technology trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform and enhance our product strategy.
  • Enhance User Experience: Provide exceptional user-centric design, training, and support, ensuring our security applications are intuitive and maximally effective for end users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, adapting and advancing our security application ecosystem to effectively counter emerging security challenges.

Job Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in roles such as platform analysis, application analysis, network engineering, software engineering. Candidates with similar or transferable experience in managing and optimizing technological platforms are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in security applications or similar technological platforms is ideal. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management frameworks is essential.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Even if you don't have all the skills listed, a willingness and self-motivated drive to constantly learn and adapt, especially in areas like SQL, Python, low code environments, automation tooling and scripting, ServiceNow, C#, and IoT Device Management, is highly valued.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. We value problem-solving abilities, initiative, and a proactive approach.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for Technology and Security: A keen interest in emerging technologies and their application in enhancing security and operational efficiency.
