Description:
-Partner with the GT Global Support Teams, OT Teams, and MFG Automation teams for proper day-to-day Operational support and request workflows -Alignment with the Global Service Desk, SL Support, and PA Support teams -Monitor and Assist with all day-to-day Operations ticket flows and communications to assure alignment to the FMO GT Operating model -Support the development & Integration of "Connected factory floor" solutions into the GT/OT Services Delivery model -Maintain a positive work environment through teamwork & proper conflict resolutions -Basic knowledge of order and inventory applications for receiving, creating, closing work tickets and trouble tickets -Be proficient in WAN/LAN cabling installation/design practices within MFG Facilities -Be proficient in Wireless WAN/LAN design, Installation, and troubleshooting for MFG Facilities -Working with MFG campus sites and local departments for company end user moves, adds and changes -Follow steps to properly order, configure, install, replace, and troubleshoot networked timeclock hardware -Perform, delegate, and monitor the ordering, configuring, installing, replacing, and troubleshooting of networked timeclock hardware -Perform, delegate, and monitor shop floor troubleshooting of fork truck-mounted warehouse management computers and systems
