Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Plant Specialist to join our team at Blumen Gardens. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of perennials, trees, and shrubs, and possess a genuine passion for plants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect plants for their garden or landscaping projects
- Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, and landscaping design
- Maintain a clean and organized plant display area
- Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure their health and vitality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of plant products
- Contribute to creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with perennials, trees, and shrubs preferred
- Strong knowledge of plant varieties, care requirements, and landscaping principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for plants and gardening
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
