Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Understand and execute procedural requirements for the QA verification of processes.
- Issue and perform quality review of manufacturing documentation for Compounding, Cleaning and Packaging verification processes or validation activities.
- Acquire proficiency in the visual inspection process of manufacturing and packaging equipment/areas to ensure comprehension inspection and prompt release.
- Compile and uphold quality metrics pertaining to instances of cleaning failures.
- Release and determine the need to place production equipment and/or utensils on QA hold as directed by procedure.
- Monitor the Clean and Use Logbooks for Manufacturing across all facilities.
- Responsible for notifying QA Supervisor/Manger of any Quality issues, documentation discrepancies and/or requirements for QA Holds.
- Verify the installation of QC instrument logbooks into the Quality Information Management System (QIS) across all facilities.
- Deliver comprehensive and detailed shift pass downs, ensuring effective communication across all shifts and sites.
- Within area of responsibility, understand and comply with all safety, environmental and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- High school diploma or general degree (GED)
- 1 year from college or technical school certification preferred.
- Minimum 0 -2 years of related experience is required.
- Pharmaceutical-Quality preferred
