Plant Operations Team Member

We are seeking a Plant Operations Team Member to join us! You will oversee the activities of a team of production worker.

Responsibilities:​​​​

• Manufacture Emulsions and Cutbacks
• Load and Unload raw and finished products
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and precise records of production records
• Work as a team to keep the yard clean, timely delivery of products, and any other responsibilities

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 100lbs
• Strong computer and math skills
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• High School diploma, GED, or greater.
